Jay Esterson

Jay joined Old Sod Travel Collection in 2022, following a distinguished 30-year career in retail
management, where he most recently served as a Quality Control Supervisor overseeing
125 stores across multiple regions. He brings extensive leadership, operational, and
customer service expertise to the Old Sod team.

A resident of Annapolis, Maryland, Jay is an avid supporter of the region’s sports teams,
particularly the Baltimore Ravens. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two
adult children and three grandchildren, and unwinding with a good game of cards.
