Day 1 - Welcome to Amsterdam
Welcome to Europe! After landing in Amsterdam, your private driver will take you directly to your centrally-located hotel. After taking time to freshen up, we have set up entrance tickets to the Van Gogh Museum, so you can have a relaxing afternoon as you marvel at the impressive works in the museum.

Day 2 - Walking Tour and Anne Frank House
Wake up feeling refreshed as you tuck into breakfast. After breakfast, you will meet your small group for a morning walking tour diving into Amsterdam's history. You will learn the stories and events that shaped Amsterdam, from its humble beginnings to its position in the world today. After nejoying breakfast, make your way to the Anne Frank House, where we have set up entrance tickets, inclusive of an introductory program describing Anne Frank's life.

Day 3 - Canal Cruise
For your final day in Amsterdam, we have left the early portions of the day free to get lost amongst the canals and explore the city. This afternoon, we have an intimate canal tour lined up, where you will enjoy a fun and informative boat tour around the city, allowing you to see the sites from a different perspective.

Day 4 - Cologne
This morning, catch your high-speed, direct train to Cologne as you enter Germany. As you step outside of the main station, you will be awed by the towering Cologne Cathedral. After checking into your hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel for an afternoon private walking tour of the old town.

Day 5 - Food, History and Culture Walking Tour
When in Cologne, everyone needs to try their famous beer, upon which they pride themselves: Kölsch beer. Today, you will meet your small group for a food tour, exploring Cologne's neighborhoods, diving deeper into its histroy, sampling famous dishes, and becoming acquainted wilth Kölsch culture.

Day 6 - Hamburg
You will continue north via 1st class, high-speed train as you make your way to Germany's second largest city: Hamburg. As a port city, its maritime nature has defined the city, so we have set you up on an intimate, two-masted sailboat for a sundowner cruise, so you can watch the sun set from the harbor with a drink in hand.

Day 7 - Berlin
It is time to continue on to Germany's largest city, Berlin, in the comfort of 1st class on your direct train. After checking into your hotel in the heart of the Mitte neighborhood, meet your small group for an afternoon walking tour of Berlin's central neighborhood, learning all about the city's history and Berliner culture.

Day 8 - Museum Island
As Berlin is such a big city, we have left the beginning of your day to explore as you see fit, whether it be the world-famous museums on Museum Island, enjoying a city break in the Tiergarten, or viewing the street art of the East Side Gallery, to name a few. This evening, make your way to some of Berlin's more alternative neighborhoods for a craft brewery tour with your small group, where you will learn about the new wave of German beer with plenty of samplings.

Day 11 - Potsdam
On your last full day in Europe, meet your small group after breakfast for a tour to the nearby town of Potsdam, famous for the Potsdam Conference. However, this town was the summer home of Prussian kings, which is readily evident by the ornate palaces and lavish gardens. You will spend the morning learning the history of this city, and you can spend the afternoon continuing to explore Potsdam on your own or return to Berlin for more sightseeing in the capital.

Day 11 - Farewell Germany
After exploring Amsterdam and the best of Northern Germany, it is time to say "Auf Wiedersehen." Your private driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel to take you to the airport for your return flight.
